1970 Originally founded by Jan Gorecki in 1970’s, after his career at Dominion stores as bakery manager.
Redstone eventually incorporated in 1984 as the manufacturing arm for bakery products supplying A&P stores, which had purchased the Dominion stores.
Fast forward to 2003, Rob Wheeler purchased Redstone from the Gorecki family and still owns it today.
We strive to deliver bakery products of superior quality for the retail and food service sector in North America. What started as producing bakery items for A&P has developed into the manufacturing of artisan products that we have a passion for.
Our mission is to produce and deliver high-quality, profitable frozen bakery products to the retail and food service channels across Canada and the United States, prioritizing food safety while respecting our customers, employees, and communities.
All bakery facilities are GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) certified. We have three operating facilities, encompassing more than 100,000 square feet of production based in the GTA.
